See What a “Rare Breed” Can Do!

Natalie opened Spa Space, consistently ranked among the top tier of Chicago spas, more than 15 years ago, wanting to take an ordinary day and transform it into something special for the Chicgoans she passed on the street every day.
It hasn’t always been easy. Running a day spa in Chicago never is. As Keishin Armstrong noted, “Since its founding in 2001, Spa Space has faced its share of obstacles—namely, the September 11 tragedy (which occurred just three months after the spa’s grand opening) and the Great Recession. Despite these trials, the resilient Spa Space has emerged victorious, and now stands as one of Chicago’s top-ranked day spas.”
Over the years, the popular Chicago massage spa has been showered with accolades and awards. As Keishin Armstrong reported, Spa Space was named Best Massage and Best Spa by Citysearch and a “Rising Star” by the Fashion Foundation of Chicago. The American Massage Therapy Association crowned Natalie “Best Employer.”
The awards are nice, but the kind words and enthusiastic reviews from the clients who have had their day transformed by one of the best facials in Chicago, a couples spa day or perhaps a “Mega-Massage” Lavender Pedicure have always meant more to Natalie. Here are a few of them:
